WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@virushields.com. Please provide your name, shipping address, order number (if available) and a picture of the broken product within 14 days of the purchase. We will then send you a replacement. 

IS THE GHOST REUSABLE?

The Ghost Shield™ is designed for multiple uses until the adhesive loses its tackiness. This will vary with different climates and skin types. Customers have reported that reapplying the removable clear liner to the adhesive has increased the life of the shield. Prior to applying The Ghost it is important to clean the bridge of your nose.

IS IT ONE SIZE FITS ALL?

One size will fit most face sizes and shapes.

HOW DO I USE THE GHOST?

To use the Ghost, clean the bridge of your nose. Remove the backing from the medical grade adhesive tab and place on your nose where desired for the best fit. The Ghost is designed for multiple uses when using the nose bridge strip until the adhesive loses its tackiness. This will vary with different climates and skin types.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE GHOST?

The Ghost can be cleaned with normal facial cleaners and disinfectants. Avoid touching the adhesive strip.

We ship to the United States for $4.99.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not currently offer international shipping, however we hope to do so soon! 

HOW LONG DOES DOMESTIC SHIPPING TAKE?

USPS shipping generally takes about 1-5 business days. Orders received by 12N Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday usually ship same day.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDLED?

Our products are all handled through our location in California.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FOREIGN TAXES?

ViruShield, Inc. is not responsible for additional charges due to customs in foreign countries. All additional charges such as foreign taxes on purchased products have to be covered by the recipient. RETURN POLICY FAQ

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

For safety reasons we do not accept returns on our products.

LOST PACKAGE/ WRONG ITEM

WHAT DO I DO IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

If you didn’t receive your package please make sure that the package wasn’t mistakenly placed nearby. For example: at your neighbor’s door or in your manager’s office. Please keep in mind that carriers drop packages off at a close location if you are not available at the time of delivery. If you still can’t locate it please reach out to support@virushields.com.
